SERVANTS OF STRENGTH

Strong Bodies. Strong Character. Stronger Communities.

Servants of Strength brings together athletes who understand that real strength is about more than what happens in the gym or on a competition stage.

Strength is also service.

On August 29, 2026, athletes joined Fit 4 Ever Health & Wellness Center and the Good Samaritan Project during the 3rd Annual Community Impact Day Back 2 School Celebration & Health Fair featuring Gospel Fest in Lafayette, Indiana.

It was an opportunity to bring fitness, discipline, encouragement and positive role models directly into the community.

WELLNESS FOR LIFE. BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE.

At Fit 4 Ever, wellness has never been about chasing a temporary look.

It is about building a body and a lifestyle capable of supporting the life you are called to live.

Wellness for Life. Built for Your Life.

That means developing strength that helps you work, serve, recover, travel, compete, care for family, remain independent and keep doing the things that matter to you as the years pass.

For some people, that may mean stepping onto a bodybuilding stage.

For someone else, it may mean rebuilding after illness, returning to exercise after years away, gaining confidence after a major life transition or simply having enough strength and energy to enjoy everyday life.

The goal is not for everyone to look the same.

The goal is for every person to become stronger for their life.

That philosophy is why Servants of Strength fits naturally within Fit 4 Ever.

Our athletes demonstrate what focused discipline can produce at the highest levels of physical development.

But the larger message is for everyone:

Build strength you can use. Build health you can sustain. Build wellness that supports the life you want to live.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN THE STAGE

Competitive bodybuilding is one expression of strength.

Life requires many others.

Strength to recover. Strength to age well. Strength to remain active. Strength to serve your community. Strength to care for the people who depend on you. Strength to keep pursuing goals that still matter.

At Fit 4 Ever, we believe wellness should prepare you for all of it.

That is Wellness for Life. Built for Your Life.

SERVING AS MISS INDIANA

For Paula Eve Davis, Servants of Strength is also part of what it means to serve as Miss Indiana Women’s Bodybuilding Champion.

Winning a title is not simply about receiving a trophy, standing on a stage or wearing the title until the next competition.

It comes with responsibility.

As Miss Indiana Women’s Bodybuilding Champion, Paula uses her platform to promote health, fitness, wellness, discipline and active living throughout the state of Indiana while representing Indiana on the national bodybuilding stage.

Community Impact Day put that responsibility into action.

Instead of simply appearing as a champion, Paula brought athletes into the community, helped introduce families and young people to fitness and bodybuilding, promoted preventive health and wellness, encouraged physical activity and demonstrated that athletic achievement can become a platform for service.

“Being Miss Indiana means more to me than what I accomplish on a bodybuilding stage. I have a responsibility to represent Indiana well, promote health and wellness, encourage people to become stronger and use the platform I have been given to serve.” — Paula Eve Davis

Through Fit 4 Ever Health & Wellness Center, Good Samaritan Project and Servants of Strength, Paula continues to use her championship platform to:

  • Promote health and wellness throughout Indiana
  • Encourage strength, fitness and active living at every age
  • Introduce young people and families to positive athletic role models
  • Promote discipline, perseverance and personal responsibility
  • Connect physical fitness with community service
  • Represent Indiana nationally through competitive bodybuilding
  • Demonstrate that a champion’s influence should extend beyond the stage

CHAMPION WITH A PURPOSE

CHAMPION WITH A PURPOSE

CHAMPION WITH A PURPOSE

The philosophy behind Servants of Strength is simple:

If strength gives you influence, use that influence well.

Athletes spend years building bodies capable of extraordinary things. But the greater question is:

What will you do with the strength you have built?

At Community Impact Day, the answer was service.

Athletes stood beside healthcare professionals, attorneys, barbers, first responders, volunteers, businesses, churches and nonprofit organizations to strengthen families across Greater Lafayette.

That is what championship with a purpose looks like.

MORE THAN MUSCLE

CHAMPION WITH A PURPOSE

CHAMPION WITH A PURPOSE

Bodybuilding teaches discipline.
It teaches consistency.
It teaches patience.
It teaches you to keep going when nobody is watching.

But those lessons are not supposed to end at the gym door.

Servants of Strength challenges athletes to take the discipline that built their bodies and use it to help build stronger people and stronger communities.

At Community Impact Day, our athletes were not simply there to pose.

They were there to serve.

They met families.
They encouraged children.
They talked about health and fitness.
They took photographs with community members.
They demonstrated what years of discipline can produce.

And most importantly, they showed young people that strength can be used for something bigger than yourself.

Her involvement reflected exactly what Servants of Strength represents—using personal accomplishment, leadership and influence to help others.

THE EXHIBITION

For many Community Impact Day attendees, this was their first opportunity to experience bodybuilding and physique athletics up close.

The Meet the Athletes / Servants of Strength Exhibition gave community members an opportunity to meet competitors, see posing and physique presentation, take photographs and ask questions about training, health, discipline and competition.

For young people especially, the message was simple:

Excellence does not happen by accident.

Bodies are built one workout at a time.
Careers are built one decision at a time.
Families are strengthened one choice at a time.
Communities are strengthened one act of service at a time.

    THE NEXT GENERATION

One of the most important parts of Servants of Strength is allowing children and young people to see athletes up close—not simply as physiques on a stage, but as approachable men and women who have developed discipline over time.

A child who meets a bodybuilder may remember the muscles.

But we want them to leave remembering something more:

Discipline matters. Consistency matters. Health matters. Character matters.

And what you become should eventually help somebody else.

STRENGTH IN ACTION — COMMUNITY IMPACT DAY RESULTS

Community Impact Day connected Greater Lafayette families with:

    • 171 backpacks

    • 311 meals

    • Approximately 800 pounds of groceries

    • 109 health screenings with referrals

    • Athletes

    • First responders

    • Businesses and nonprofit organizations

The athletes stood in the middle of all of it—not separated from the community, but serving alongside it.

    That is Servants of Strength.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A SERVANT OF STRENGTH?

      A Servant of Strength understands:

      Strength without character is incomplete.

Achievement without service misses the opportunity to influence another life.

Discipline should produce something greater than appearance.

Our goal is to encourage athletes to use their platforms to:

      • Mentor
      • Educate
      • Encourage
      • Inspire
      • Serve
      • Promote health
      • Model discipline
      • Strengthen their communities

You do not have to be a professional athlete to live this principle.

Every person has strength they can use in service to someone else.

FROM FIT 4 EVER TO THE COMMUNITY

Fit 4 Ever Health & Wellness Center was founded on the belief that fitness is not simply about looking better.

      It is about becoming capable.

      Capable of working.

      Capable of serving.

      Capable of enjoying life.

      Capable of fulfilling your responsibilities.

Capable of answering when life calls on you.

That philosophy is at the heart of Servants of Strength.

We train the body—but we are interested in what you will do with the strength you build.

A PLATFORM FOR WHAT COMES NEXT

Community Impact Day 2026 was not intended to be the end of Servants of Strength.

It demonstrated what is possible when athletes intentionally combine fitness, visibility and service.

Fit 4 Ever will continue developing Servants of Strength as a platform to bring athletes into communities through:

      • Health and wellness events

      • Youth engagement

      • Fitness education

      • Community exhibitions

      • Athlete mentoring

      • Speaking and demonstrations

      • Charitable and community-service projects

The goal is not simply to create more champions.

The goal is to create champions who understand that strength carries responsibility.
